What’s the worst thing that can happen to a werewolf? Unable to shift for three months, Mateo Cruz knows all too well. His wolf has taken up residence in his head, taunting him night and day with vividly violent and carnal thoughts. Convinced he’s cursed, he needs the help of a powerful witch before he literally goes insane.
Evie Savoie has always obeyed the house rules of her coven — no werewolves. They’re known for being moody and volatile. So, when a distempered, dangerous werewolf strolls into the bar and almost strangles one of her late-night customers, she’s ready to bounce him through the door. But the desperation in his eyes when he begs her to help him softens her heart and convinces her to bend the rules.
What Evie doesn’t know is that Mateo’s wolf has a mind of his own. And now that she’s in his sights, he wants only one thing. Her.

Wolf Gone Wild is one of my most anticipated books of 2020 and I read it before the end of last year! I did not know what to expect when I started reading – but it was all such a surprise and I love this book!
Mateo is unable to shift and needs a hex breaker to break the curse he is in. Enter Evie, a top-notch hex breaker, and sparks begin to fly because Mateo’s wolf, Alpha WANTS Evie!
The most outstanding aspect of Wolf Gone Wild is Alpha’s commentary! I love that he has no filter and basically is all ALPHA! I will miss hearing his inner thoughts!
Mateo is one huge cinnamon roll, by the way! And I love how opposite he is to Alpha! Mateo and Alpha’s conversation reminds me so much of Venom! And I really want more of it! The short Christmas novella featuring Evie and Mateo (and Alpha’s commentary) was not enough to sate my love for Alpha!
Evie is one character that I really loved. She was unique and quirky, but not too quirky. I love how she transformed from being insecure and afraid to reach for her dreams to a heroine who embraced it all and took the plunge and finally wrote and published her graphic novel.
The Savoie sisters were an amazing bunch! I love how Juliette Cross included almost all the sisters, which gave me a taste of what to expect. In fact, I think I know who two of the sisters will be paired up with, and I can’t wait!
Wolf Gone Wild also kept me guessing who the villain was until probably three-quarters in! This is good! I had narrowed it down to two possible people and I guessed it before the villain was revealed.
Another surprising thing that delighted me was that this is a paranormal rom-com! There were LOL moments here that I really loved. The tone of this book was unique and unusual for a paranormal romance (that I have read, anyway) and I loved it.
If you love amazing unfiltered commentary, a sexy hot romance, a cinnamon bun artist-hero, and a strong heroine, Wolf Gone Wild is the book for you!

Thank you for this lovely review! Much appreciated. 🙂
I honestly am SO excited to read this, I just love this lady so much and can’t wait to see what she brings especially with Mateo.
