Happy Tuesday, Bookworms! I’m slowwwwly recovering from my cold! Yay! I will be busy at work this week though so I hope I can schedule a few posts to cover for my crazy week. Although I’ve been posting more regularly now, I haven’t been reviewing a lot of books at the moment. I know. Horrible of me.

Anyway, let’s move on to the topic at hand! And this is the best one because I will be sharing my most anticipated releases for the second half of the year! And as always, I will be sharing 2 lists: YA and HR!

THE HIGHLANDER by Kerrigan Byrne (August 2nd, 2016)

This is the third book in Kerrigan Byrne’s Victorian Rebels series and features the Demon Highlander and a governess. Well, you know how I love highlanders! Plus, this book sounds like there will be more ugly cries and secrets!

DO YOU WANT TO START A SCANDAL by Tessa Dare (September 27th, 2016)

Squeeee Tessa Dare is writing another Spindle Cove book and it also crosses with her Castles Ever After series! So, remember Piers Brandon? The almost jilted groom in Say Yes to the Marquess? Well, he is getting his own HEA and I think it’s going to be….scandalous!

WHILE THE DUKE WAS SLEEPING by Sophie Jordan (October 25th, 2016)

I’ve noticed that there have been a lot of movie retellings in HR and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! See the title? Obviously, it’s a retelling of Sandra Bullock’s While You Were Sleeping! Ahh, we also have a self-made hero and a shopgirl! Eeee x 10!

A SCOT IN THE DARK by Sarah MacLean (August 30th, 2016)

Deliciously scandalous! This book promises to be all that and more! Don’t forget that it features another highlander and his disgraced ward! I predict that the tension and banter in this book would be awesome! And I love a good banter!

THE VISCOUNT AND THE VIXEN by Lorraine Heath (November 29th, 2016)

The next book in the Hellions of Havisham series features Viscount Locksley, the MAD viscount, and a fortune hunter! Scandalous! Do you see a trend here? Yup, this reader really, really, really loves scandalous reads!

EMPIRE OF STORMS by Sarah J. Maas (September 6th, 2016)

Well, helooo there you awesome book you! I am still obsessed with this series (even though I hate the OTPs) and I can’t wait to read it! I honestly want to know more about Manon and Lysandra and my favorite CHAOL!

HARRY POTTER AND THE CURSED CHILD by J.K. Rowling, Jack Thorne and John Tiffany (July 31st, 2016)

I know it’s going to be a screenplay but I want to find out what happens in this book! And I want to know more about Albus Severus. I am not a fan of the Harry-Ginny pairing, but I can’t wait to read about Hermione and Ron! And Neville and Luna!

GEMINA by Amie Kaufman & Jay Kristoff (October 18th, 2016)

The second book in the Illuminae series is going to be really, really good! I want to read more about Aidan and Kady and Ezra, even though this book will feature another couple!

NEVERNIGHT by Jay Kristoff (August 9th, 2016)

A land with three suns and assassins! I feel that this book is going to be EPIC! This book also has FOOTNOTES! And I’ve heard good things about this book from bloggers who received an ARC for it! And I also pre-ordered this book!

FLASHFALL by Jenny Moyer (November 15th, 2016)

I really love dystopia and this sounds like a sci-fi space dystopia with an awesome blurb and an equally awesome cover! Oh, and just between us, I already got a galley for this one! I may not have to wait until November!
