One of the things that I absolutely love as a reader is that wonderful feeling when you are anticipating the release of a particular book. I love the feeling of euphoria that I get every time I am able to get an ARC of the book before everyone else or the intense satisfaction I get when my pre-ordered book is now available.
Here are my top 10 highly anticipated books of 2015!
Historical Romance
If the Viscount Falls by Sabrina Jeffries (The Dukes Men 4)
Expected Publication: January 27th 2015 by Pocket Books
Don’t mind the cover. Yes, I don’t like it either BUT the story is going to be amazing! I can’t wait to read about Dominick Manton and Jane! Plus, reunited lovers is one of my favorite romance tropes!
The Duke and the Lady in Red by Lorraine Heath (Scandalous Gentlemen of St. James 3)

Expected Publication: April 28th 2015 by Avon
I can’t believe this is the last book in the series! I can’t wait to read it! PLUS, the cover is just gorgeous! I also love reading about the offspring of Heath’s other series Scoundrels of St. James. This is actually connected to her Scoundrels of St. James series, in that the Scandalous Gentlemen of St. James are the offspring!
The Bedding Proposal by Tracy Anne Warren (The Rakes of Cavendish Square 1)

Expected Publication: March 3rd 2015 by Signet Select
I love Ms. Warren and I can’t wait to read this new series! Leo is also one of the twins in her Braebourne series! Love! Although, I’m not really too keen about the cover, whatevs.
All the Ways to Ruin a Rogue by Sophie Jordan (The Debutante Files 2)
Expected Publication: July 28th 2015 by Avon
After reading A Good Debutante’s Guide to Ruin, I was hooked! I love this new series and I can’t wait to read the sequel. Okay, so there is no cover yet AND no blurb but still…..
A Historical Romance by Lisa Kleypas
No Publication or info yet!
So, earlier this year, Lisa Kleypas announced that she will be writing a new Historical Romance series for Avon! Well, they are pretty tight lipped about it because I haven’t heard anything about this series yet BUT this doesn’t stop me from anticipating this series so freaking much! I love Ms. Kleypas and I was a little bummed that she was putting off writing historical romance.
Young Adult
Winter by Marissa Meyer (Lunar Chronicles 4)
Expected Publication Date: November 24th 2015 by Feiwel and Friends
I am pretty bummed about this book because it won’t be released until the end of the year, NEXT YEAR! After that cliffhanger in Cress, I need to read this book. NOW! And luckily (or UNluckily), THERE IS NO COVER YET! But, on a good note, Fairest (Lunar Chronicles 3.5) is going to be released on January 27, 2o15.
A Cold Legacy by Megan Shepherd (The Madman’s Daughter 3)
Expected Publication: January 27th 2015 by Balzer+Bray/HarperCollins
I am really excited about this book and I love this series! I cannot wait and see how Ms. Shepherd will incorporate the Frankenstein story here! From what I have read in The Madman’s Daughter and Her Dark Curiosity, I expect to love it!
Untitled by Amie Kaufman and Meagan Spooner (Starbound 3)
Expected Publication: December 2015 by Disney-Hyperion
Another Starbound book? These Broken Stars was the first book this year that I read that made me LOVE reading YA! Oh, and is it bad that I am anticipating this book despite not reading the blurb?! And I also got a copy of the eARC for Starbound 2 This Shattered World!
The Wicked Will Rise by Danielle Paige (Dorothy Must Die 2)
Expected Publication: March 31st 2015 by HarperCollins
This book is coming out REALLY close to my birthday! Incidentally, I bought Dorothy Must Die on my birthday! I had already vowed to myself that starting last year, I WILL be buying a hardcover on my birthday. This may or may not be that book BUT I am super excited about it! Love the cover, too!
Until the Beginning by Amy Plum (After the End 2)
Expected Publication: May 5th 2015 by Harper Teen
I just finished reading After the End and I am oddly intrigued by the story. What really struck me as unique is the voice of the male protagonist, Miles. I also love that there is no insta-love at all!
There you have it! Super excited about all these books. Definitely on my ARC request wishlist! Did any of those books make your list? Share them in your comments below!
So many books to look forward to! I am super pumped about the new Kleypas, The Duke and the Lady in Red, Winter, and The Bedding Proposal. I actually got an ARC of If the Viscount Falls and I am trying to be patient so I don't read it too far away from release date. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for stopping by Jennifer! I wrote this post before I got an ARC for If the Viscount Falls and I am about a quarter in and I am loving Jane and Dom!—The heart has reasons that reasons know not ~ Blaise PascalEzrah Marisse Lasola-TubleI Heart Romance
