Happy Thanksgiving! For those of you who celebrate, Thanksgiving is a day of giving thanks and I wanted to take a moment to give thanks to everyone in the reading community!
This year has been a blessing and one of the years where I was the most active in the community – most especially the romance community. I love our interactions on the blog, on Instagram, and on Twitter. I am grateful for the acceptance that this community has been to me and my reading preferences. Despite many who belittle romance novels, I am so grateful that I found this little niche in the blogosphere who share my thoughts.
Thank you for all the reading challenges that I have actively (and passively) participated in this year. Thank you for helping me read more books outside of my comfort zone. I am extremely glad that I took the plunge! I hope to do better next year!
Thank you to all the authors – new-to-me authors and old favorites! Your books have made my 2019 an amazing reading year! This was the year that I tried a lot of new-to-me authors that I plan to read a lot of their backlist books!

To the amazing Filipino-American authors: Tif Marcelo, Mia Hopkins, Maida Malby, and Sarah Smith – thank you for inviting me to moderate the panel at The Ripped Bodice.

To all the small bookish businesses that I have repped for and purchased, thank you for making my reading experience even more amazing with all your bookish inspired items! I am partial to book sleeves and I am so grateful to rep for two amazing shops: @novelnuzzler and @ardentadmirations.

I’m so grateful for all the bookish friends I made online – new and old! I truly appreciate our short chats about books, the bookish community, and life! This is such an amazing community and I am so happy to be a part of it. I am looking forward to another amazing year!
