Where You Can Find Me
First Romance Book I Read
I wish I could remember what my first romance book was, but it came during a time when reading was not a passion for me. I do know that it was a historical romance that belonged to my mom while I was in high school (early 2000s).
Favorite Romance Genre/s
I LOVE Contemporary Romance! I especially love rom-coms!
Ezrah: I’m a new fan of contemporary romance and I am in LOVE!
Favorite Romance Tropes
Enemies-to-lovers is my absolute favorite, but I also really enjoy second-chance romance, friends-to-lovers, and small-town romance.
Ezrah: Small-town romance is one trope that I want to get into! I haven’t read a ton of books with that trope yet.
Top Auto-buy Authors

Ezrah: I am a new Devney Perry convert! Her books are so poetic and just peaceful and calm but very, very emotional!
Top Romance Books You Highly Recommend

Ezrah: These books are on my TBR! I hope I get around to reading them!
Top Romance Series You Recommend

- The Opposites Attract series by Rachel Higginson (contemporary romance; 4 books; favorite: The Opposite of You)
- The Naughty Princess Club by Tara Sivec (contemporary romance; 3 books; favorite: Kiss the Girl)
- Playbook series by Alexa Martin (contemporary romance; 3 books; favorite: Intercepted)
- The Heartbreaker Bay series by Jill Shalvis (contemporary romance; 8.5 books; favorite: Accidentally on Purpose)
Ezrah The Opposite of You is soooo good! I’m debating reading book 2 because the hero’s name is Ezra.
Favorite Quote from a Romance Book
“Hope is a gap between what if and what is, but you have to fill that gap with a lot of hard work.”
– Long Shot by Kennedy Ryan
Favorite Thing About the Romance Community
There are so many amazing people in Romancelandia — I love that there is a group of people that love love and a HEA so much.
Ezrah: I love getting to know a lot of romance readers – especially in this community! For the most part, it has been drama-free (mostly) and also positive (mostly).
Romance Myth That You Hate
I hate the stigma that romance books have; that some people might feel ashamed to admit they enjoy reading romance or that some people are too ignorant to accept that the romance genre is not trashy. There isn’t a single thing wrong with sex, shirtless men on covers, or wanting to experience a happily ever after.
Thank you so much for having me on the blog! I love this blog series & how it introduces me to more romance bloggers!
I’m so happy to have you, Kelly! I also got to know you a little better, too!
