Featuring our favorite romance book bloggers!
Happy Wednesday, Wormies! Welcome to another Read a Romance Blog feature! Today, we’re featuring T @ Readaholic Book Reviews!
Read a Romance Blog series is a feature on this blog showcasing book bloggers that primarily review romance.
About the Romance Blogger

I’ve always loved reading, but it wasn’t until I was in my early twenties that I really started to fall in love with reading and was actively seeking out the next book to read. It was around the same time that I fell in love with the romance genre. I’ve been reading romance for almost twenty years now and I don’t see myself tiring of it anytime soon!
I started my own blog after being active on bookstagram for about a year. Since then my love of reading and writing reviews has grown and I truly love meeting new friends and bonding over discussing books and reading reviews.
When I’m not reading, I am a mommy to two young kiddos. My daughter G is 8 and my son J is 3. I enjoy binge-watching Netflix shows, baking, and working as a pharmacist.

Where You Can Find Me
First Romance Book I Read

The first romance book I ever read was The Reef by Nora Roberts. I was in college (probably in my early 20’s) and a co-worker let me borrow her book. I immediately fell in love. Prior to that, I had always read thrillers and even then I was always gravitating towards the romance in those books. I went on a huge Nora Roberts binge after that!
Ezrah: I have noticed many of my guests here for the Read a Romance Blog feature said that they were introduced to romance by Queen Nora! I admit to not having read her yet.
Favorite Romance Genre/s
I absolutely love contemporary romance, but in recent years have also fallen in love with historical romance too.
Ezrah: I am so happy that you have started reading historical romance!
Favorite Romance Trope/s
Love Love Love enemies-to-lovers but also love a great second-chance romance too.
Ezrah: I really love second-chance romance! It’s one of my favorite go-to tropes!
Top Auto-buy Authors
Ezrah: I’ve read all the authors on your list except for Julie James. But don’t worry, I already checked out There’s Something About You!
Top Romance Books You Highly Recommend

Ezrah: I love Dirty Rowdy Thing, but my fave in the series is Sweet Filthy Boy! I also won an audiobook copy of It Happened One Wedding but I haven’t listened to it yet because this was a few years ago when it was in CD format!

Favorite Quote from a Romance Book
I’m messed up, Poppy. I think there are parts of me that can’t be fixed.’ Loving this man isn’t going to be easy, but I still want to try.
‘I don’t need to fix you, Lance. I’ll take you as you are. I just want you to be happy.’
– Pucked Off by Helena Hunting
Favorite Thing About the Romance Community
How sweet and caring everyone is! I never thought that I would find other book lovers that loved romance as much as I do, but I did through bookstagram! I have made so many genuine friendships over our shared love of books and it’s been so special to me. Also – I love adding books to my TBR pile!! It’s never-ending now 🙂
Ezrah: I know what you mean! The romance community is very welcoming!
Romance Myth That You Hate
I hate the notion that romances are “dirty” or “mommy porn.” I could do without anyone ever shaming readers based on the genre of book that they’re reading. I love getting lost in the world of my books and it shouldn’t matter if it’s a romance or a thriller.
Ezrah: I absolutely hate the term “mommy porn!” I may not love all of the romance books ever written and some of the other tropes/sub-genres, but I never shame anyone for loving them!

I haven’t read Nora Roberts either! And I’ve only read on of T’s favorite authors! On thing I love about this series is how it introduces me to so many new books, series, and authors that I’ve never heard of before! Plus, it’s always nice to discover others bloggers who love the romance genre!
