Last month on I Heart Romance & YA
Happy Monday, Wormies! Happy Holidays! It’s officially December and we have 24 days left until Christmas! I say 24 because Filipinos celebrate on the 24th so we are up at midnight to greet the 25th! If you’ve been to the Philippines, you’ll obviously notice that Christmas is the best time to visit because of the celebrations! I hope to spend Christmas there again soon!
I’ve also been slowing down with my reading because of the holidays! It’s usually one of the few months that I normally don’t read a lot (although this year, I’ve been having slumps here and there). Anyway, I am still sewing!
The US also celebrated Thanksgiving a few days ago and I really had a lot to say to everyone in the romance community! Again, THANK YOU, Romancelandia!

I’m doing really great with my challenges, so I’m not worried about it too much. I just wish I can write more reviews.
As always, the holidays has also affected my reviews and I think I only reviewed 3 books this month. Unfortunate, I know. But overall, I am still doing great compared to last year!
The One for You by Roni Loren is one of my highly anticipated books this year and it broke me! OMG! I want my own Ash! I honestly don’t want this series to end!
I’ve also been hooked into reading paranormal romance and I have started reading the Lords of Deliverance series by Larissa Ione, and I fell in love with Immortal Rider! It’s crazy and amazing and WOW! A lot of subplots here that really made me look forward to reading the next book in the series!

I subscribed to Disney+ and I don’t regret it! I am not listing the movies I have rewatched because I am planning to write a post/listicle on all the classic movies that I love that have come out of THE VAULT! I am so happy! I’m actually forcing Pierre to see some of the movies. ha ha ha
How was your Thanksgiving?
Did you read any good books in November?

Your idea of slowing down is…. my idea of fast. Hahah happy to report I read more than 1 book in November. Which is the most I have done this year.
Are you still proud of me though?
hahaha I am so proud of you!!!! ONE is better than ZERO!
Haha, it doesn’t look like you’re slowing down. I wish I could read that much! I hope you have a great December.

Thank you, Aj! It just feels like I am reading less!
Good for you in forcing Pierre to watch movies from Disney plus….i am loving it as well. So many good ones.
Hope you have a wonderful month in Decemeber!!! Its going to be a great month that is for sure. Its always good to slow down at the end of the year to renew and get ready for the new year. I always go so hard and fast in January hehe

I read Outmatched this past month as well. My reading actually picked up this month, probably because I signed up for so many tours! Could be why my writing for NaNo didn’t make it.
