Welcome, Historical Romance lovers and new historical romance readers! Welcome to my very first Historical Romance Reading Challenge! I decided to embark and host this challenge because the historical romance is my guilty pleasure and my all-time favorite genre.
For 2017, I am challenging myself and I’m inviting everyone else to join in! You don’t have to be an uber fan of historical romance, to join. In fact, I welcome newbies and readers who want to try historical romance for the very first time!
For this challenge, my goal will be to be a Duchess and read 36 books! I also want to challenge myself and read at least one book in these categories: Regency Romance, Victorian Romance, Historical Romance with a Diverse main character.
To be honest, I have been rereading a lot of my favorite historicals lately and it might be due to my current book slump. Not that I am complaining, but I am just happy that I am rediscovering my favorites again!
I’m not really sure if I will be able to read a medieval romance or a time travel historical romance. That is not really my genre right now. But we’ll see.
So, how did you do? Don’t forget to link your progress post down below and enter the giveaway!

I think I will go with my old ‘friend’ Lorraine Heath. She has got a new book. Her and Miranda Neville and Meredith Duran are my goto women. Oh, and let me not forget Tessa Dare and Grace Burrowes as well,
Thanks for joining Anne! I absolutely LOVE Lorraine Heath! I also loved An Affair with the Notorious Heiress. I still have to review it, though! Also Tessa Dare!! <3
