Happy Tuesday, Wormies! Time for another listicle! Since this is a free day, I decided to pick my favorite book covers of 2018!
If you notice, the covers that I picked have super dark jewel tones! I guess I gravitate towards this book cover style!
Young Adult
Historical Romance
What are your favorite covers this year?
I love Avon covers! Among the ones you chose, my favorites are “A Match Made in Bed” and “My Once and Future Duke” 😀
Me too! Avon covers are gorgeous!!!
those are such great covers!! I’m nearly giddy over Maniscalco’s new one!
My TTT
Me too! I love her covers! So dark and it matches the theme of her series!
I love your choices for YA and would add Daughter of a Siren Queen for books that are already out. Legendary is another cover that I can’t wait to see for myself.
Oh those are cool covers, too! I like that the Daughter of the Siren Queen has an illustrated cover!
I LOVE book cover posts *rubs hands together* let’s see Sky in the Deep is AMAZING and Queen of Air & Darkness is pretty awesome too. I also like These REbel Waves a lot.

Oh! These Rebel Waves has an awesome cover! I love typography in book covers and this one has it! Also, it looks so ancient and rusty and very, very dark!
So many beautiful covers! I can see why you picked them!
My WWW Wednesday.
Great topic choice – I’m currently obsessing over so many of these gorgeous covers! I am also so in love with both the cover for Children of Blood and Bone, and Sky In The Deep 🙂
Children of Blood and Bone is an awesome cover!! I agree!!

I have A Match Made in Bed on my favorite covers, as well as a different Sabrina Jeffries!! I love your covers, very nice!!
It’s amazing to me the how beautiful, but dark all those YA covers are, but I guess they match the tone of the stories.

YES! Definitely! I feel like YA has darker stories than romance and their covers really match it!
These are great covers! I can’t wait to read Queen of Air and Darkness!

I LOVE the Queen of Air and Darkness cover, but I gave up on Cassandra Clare a long time ago, so I’m not reading this book. But just to have this cover on my shelf… WOW!!
OH I LOVE THIS POST! Because Man… Do I Love covers??? The YA ones are my fav. I gravitate toward that style too. Dark background. Black, Blue and Teal aesthetics. Can’t choose one! If i HAD too I guess I’d go with these rebel waves. Historical romance covers are often a work of art! Thank you for sharing these beauties Zee!

You’re welcome Daniela! For historicals, jewel tones are sooo good!
YA dark covers are the best!!
I totally agree with these! And I love how the YA section is mostly dark and cold colours, while the historical romance is bright and warm hehe. Looks cool!

I like jewel tones best! Also, the gowns in historical romance covers are gorgeous!
I LOVE this collection of covers… I have to agree that I’m totally for dark covers with red pops! Though I’m a total color girl with my own taste… I just get the dark color scheme for books! I feel like Furyborn fits right in with this groups’ covers! ❤️
