Bookish updates in the last 2 weeks
OMG! OMG! I finally went to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter yesterday! I know it’s not as big as the one in Orlando, but this one still works! I felt like I was 11 visiting Hogsmeade! And getting my own wand at Ollivander’s! Also, BUTTERBEER!
I LOVED The Forbidden Journey and I want to go again! We have an annual pass so we will be going back when there are fewer people… yeah, I don’t like crowds! ahaha
But the good thing is, I managed to read a few books in the last couple of weeks. Pierre is also home so reading time has dropped a little bit.

I have been pretty busy the last couple of weeks since Pierre is home so I haven’t been blog hopping as much as I wanted too.
- Aj @ Read All Things shared a brief list of oddities that she discovered inside used books
- Laura @ Boats Against the Current talks about her hatred for hardbacks
- Camillea @ Camillea Reads asks if fitting your blogging voice to the bookish community is good or bad?
Also, my IRL besties and I are co-blogging! Do you want to stop by and visit us?
I finished Batman: Nightwalker earlier this month so I decided to ask you guys what I should read next! I will definitely make sure that I finish it before the end of the month!

Have you been to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, yet? Did you get your own interactive wand? I DID and OMG the experience was FUN!

How fun was The Wizarding World? I went when it first opened, and could not get enough of the Butterbeer. I liked the frozen one best. The pumpkin juice was pretty fabulous too. I loved Warcross, but I voted for Soulless, and this is why: Macon and Alexia are fantastic, and I just adored this series.

Thanks, Sam! I waited 2 years to go! hahaha big mistake, I guess! Also, FROZEN BUTTERBEER IS THE BEST!
Ahhh! How exciting! I really want to make my way up there before the summer. I think I would revert back into a child the moment I stepping in the park, too. Looks like you have a lot of fun.

I did! I think my husband was just rolling his eyes at me. We don’t have kids yet so it was fun going just the two of us.
That’s so cool that you got to go to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter! That looks like so much fun! I’m glad you enjoyed it 🙂
And thanks so much for mentioning my post! 🙂

You’re welcome, Laura! Enjoyed reading your post! WWHP was fun! I can’t wait to go again!
We loved Wizarding World at Universal CA and we need to visit the Florida park. Which wand did you select? It felt like we spent hours in Ollivander’s but I finally chose Hermione’s wand. I want to get a different wand when we visit again. You have 4 great book choices for this week. I loved Warcross and the other 3 books are on my TBR. I’m voting for a Study in Scarlet (I’ll read that book soon too). I hope you enjoy whichever book wins and have a great week!

I got Hermione’s as well! I was going to get Ron’s but it wasn’t interactive and I wanted to get the interactive wand. I will probably get another one when I go back! It’s 30 minutes from where I live so it shouldn’t be too bad a drive!
