Sharing my thoughts on this weeks’ reads
Happy Halloween, Wormies! Are you guys ready to gobble candy?! I’m not really in the Halloween spirit right now and did not have enough creative mojo to think of a good costume. I will partially dress up, but nothing fancy.
To counter my lack of Halloween creativity mojo, I decided to read Halloween themed romances until the end of next week! I’m not sure how many I will finish, but I have a number already lined up.
First on the list is How to Marry a Millionaire Vampire, which is a reread. It is so much fun revisiting Roman Draganesti and the Highlander guards!
I also met a few ladies for brunch this morning (I wrote this post on Saturday, October 28) and we talked about A LOT of books, romances, and YA and craziness in the book community. I tell you, it is so much fun meeting like minded ladies and just talking about books the whole time! Also, our trip wouldn’t be complete if we didn’t stop at The Ripped Bodice! I am a little bummed that I missed their Halloween Open House later in the afternoon, though.
I feel like I have to explain why I’m putting Brown-Eyed Girl on hold. I binge read this series last week and it felt too repetitive for me. It also didn’t have the usual Lisa Kleypas charm so…

I hope to go to the Ripped Bodice someday. All my fave romance authors are always talking about that place. I have been thinking about buying Mister Hockey, because I have been seeing good things about Head Coach. They look like companions, but I am a purist when I come to my romance series. I have to read them all.

I hope you enjoy your new books. I’m planning to read Lisa Kleypas and Sabrina Jeffries books soon. These two authors have been recommended to me so many times.
Have a wonderful week and happy reading. ?❤️
Definitely try both of them! These authors are awesome!
I’ll look you up on youtube. I’m antiguanwriter if you want to look me up as well though I haven’t quite mastered the art of posting book reviews to youtube as yet. Have a good week.
Oh A Discovery of Witches is a very good read!
Oooh I love a good Julia Quinn Romance – isn’t she awesome? A Discovery of Witches is great as well! It’s my first time on your blog (as I too <3 Romance and your blog title caught my eye!). I clicked on your "follow-me" twitter button on the bottom of the page and I got a "sorry, this page doesn't exist" error. Not sure what's going on and hopefully it's just a fluke, but thought you'd want to know 🙂 Happy reading! 🙂
Hi, Mallory! Thanks for stopping by! I recently changed my twitter handle so that’s why it was not directing you to the right page. Thanks for letting me know! I forgot to update it. LOL 🙂
I’m excited to read A Discovery of Witches! It’s next on my TBR list.
Happy Halloween. I hope you have a great week and enjoy your new books!

Thank you! 🙂
Reading Halloween romances sounds like a great way to celebrate! It’s more than I did for Halloween, which was nothing lol. Enjoy your new books and have a great week 🙂
