It’s almost Christmas and I am excited to get a few days off and read all the holiday romances! I admit that I am not one to read holiday romances, but this year, I want to get in the festive mood in my reading selections!
Here are the books on my holiday 2019 TBR. I will be reading (or try to read) these books during the holiday season! Please feel free to shame me if I fail!

Christmas After Dark Anthology

I’ve only read two authors in this anthology – Juliette Cross and Abigail Owen, but I am open to trying new authors! What better way to do so than an anthology. I haven’t read a lot of holiday PNR’s, so this one is perfect for me!
I’m also excited for Juliette Cross’ new series and the novella Bewitch You a Merry Christmas features the main characters in that series!
Seduction on a Snowy Night Anthology

This is another anthology that has been on my TBR for a bit now! I think this is the time for me to pick up this book and read it!
As far as I can recall, I’ve only read Sabrina Jeffries in this anthology and she’s always a fave!
The Duke’s Stolen Bride by Sophie Jordan

I don’t think this book is a Christmas romance but this cover does scream Christmas! I haven’t been reading a lot of historical romances this year, so this is another perfect read! Plus, I always love Sophie Jordan’s books!
In the Unlikely Event by L.J. Shen

Last month, I tried to read L.J. Shen again and I got hooked! I am slowly going through her backlist and I am so glad that this book is not part of her Saints and Sinners or All Saints High series because I am not caught up yet!
In the Unlikely Event is also a rockstar, second-chance romance!
Lethal Redemption by April Hunt

While Lethal Redemption is not a holiday romance, it’s a second-chance romantic suspense! I have a feeling that this will give me the feels!
This will also be my first April Hunt book.
The One For You by Roni Loren

The One for You is on my highly anticipated list since I read the very first book, The Ones Who Got Away. This is the last book in this amazing series and I can’t wait to start! This would be another feel-good romance perfect for the holidays!
The Boss Who Stole Christmas by Jana Aston

This title really caught my eye! Plus, it’s on KU, so I got a copy! This sounds like a fun hate-to-love office romance rom-com! Definitely perfect for the holidays!
The Prince of Broadway by Joanna Shupe

Here’s another book that has been on my TBR for a while now! I am definitely going to read this book by Joanna Shupe because I love the Gilded-Age and there are hardly any books set in this time!
Bad Blood: Secrets and Lies in a Silicon Valley Startup by John Carreyrou

This is a non-fiction book that I have been waiting to read! I have been fascinated by the Theranos scandal and I have been following this story since it blew up! I even watched the HBO docu and scoured YouTube for all the stories about this!
Well, this holiday season, I am definitely going to listen to this on audio!

What’s on your holiday TBR?

I’ve never read anything by Shen but when I read the synopsis of In the Unlikely Event last week it went immediately on my TBR. I’m excited to pick it up!

I have DNF’s Shen a few times until last month because I finally finished Vicious!
That’s a good amount of books! The Christmas After Dark anthology definitely caught my eye!
I hope to finish it soon! I’m catching up on my other ARCs! haha
