Merry Christmas, Wormies!
Thank you so much for stopping by today! I hope your Christmas is awesome and you’re spending it with the people that you love!
This is the third year (?) that I joined this feature! Thank you to Kim and Ginger for hosting again this year! I am so excited to share my end of the year lists!
I am also going to take a moment to look back on the books that I listed as books I wanted to read in 2018. Well, 2019 is almost coming to a close and I wanted to find out if I even read the books on my list last year!

Top 10 of 2019 is hosted by Kim at KimberlyFaye Reads and Ginger of @greadsbooks

LOOKING back at 2018
I really wanted to read more YA books this year, but similar to my mood in 2018, I did not read YA at all. As seen in the image below, I definitely did not read any books on my must-read list.

Should have read This in 2019
I need to read more YA books again. I honestly had a hard time reading YA this year. In fact, I had started Aurora Rising but it ultimately ended in my on-hold list for this year and I have not picked it back up again.

Aurora Rising by A. Kaufman & J. Kristoff
The Gilded Wolves by R. Chokshi
Undying by A. Kaufman & M. Spooner
King of Scars by L. Bardugo
Escaping From Houdini by K. Maniscalco
New Adult
LOOKING back at 2018
This year was another year for NA reading! While I didn’t read all of the books on my 2018 TBR, I read one! I thoroughly enjoyed Scoring Wilder by R.S. Grey!

Should have read This in 2019
I’m slowly reading a lot of backlist books so I have been avoiding newly published NA books this year! I know it’s not the best idea, but I’m slowly getting to it!

The Friend Zone by K. Callihan
Wicked Sexy Liar by C. Lauren
Bro Code by K. Ryan
Adult Romance
LOOKING back at 2018
I finally read Josh & Hazel’s Guide to Not Dating and it was amazing! I still have to read the other books in this list, though! I’m also not sure if I will be reading A Discovery of Witches. My mood is just not letting me read this yet. I am also currently reading Coldest Fire by Juliette Cross right now and I am in love! I am definitely going to read Darkest Heart after this!

Should have read This in 2019
Historical Romance is not a genre that I read a lot this year and I am so sad that I have been avoiding this genre. I am also adding Brazen and the Beast and Hook Shot on my TBR for next year!

I read Boyfriend Bargain and the Friend Zone, both were pretty good! You can check out my list in the link below!
